Job Description

• Prepare coordinated shop drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services (HVAC, drainage, water supply, electrical power & lighting, fire alarm, etc.)
• Work closely with site engineers and project managers to develop and revise construction drawings.
• Perform clash detection and ensure proper coordination with architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments or site modifications.
• Maintain a drawing register and ensure proper document control of all drawings.
• Participate in technical meetings when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Drafting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in contracting companies.
• Strong command of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.
• Familiar with local authority standards (DEWA, SEWA, RAK Municipality, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
