MEP Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting system drawings based on project specifications and engineering guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and modify drawings as per client or project team feedback.
• Maintain and update a library of standard MEP details and templates.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data for design and modifications.
• Ensure that all drawings and documentation comply with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, material take-offs, and BOQs related to MEP systems.
• Work closely with the BIM team for 3D modeling and clash detection.
