Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer to develop detailed MEP systems, ensure code compliance, and integrate designs with BIM workflows. You will lead CAD/BIM efforts and coordinate with project teams to deliver compliant drawings and documents.

Responsibilities include performing load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, plus producing schematics, specifications, and BOQ for tender and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PE or LEED AP are a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in MEP design within building services or construction.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP) and BIM platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing system designs and drawings using CAD software ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes. Perform load calculations energy analysis and system sizing to optimize performance and efficiency for HVAC electrical and plumbing systems. Collaborate closely with architects structural engineers and other project stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building design. Produce comprehensive MEP design documentation including schematics specifications and Bill of Quantities BOQ for tender and construction purposes.
