Job description

Develop, manage, monitor, and lead the entire MEP Design Process for the project. Manage a team of multinational staff with varying levels and abilities. Report on cost, program, quality, and performance related to the MEP Design area to the Project Director and Principal. Candidates should have MEP design skills and be capable of designing effectively. Act as the liaison between the team and other departments. Ensure the management of the MEP design process aligns with company policies, procedures, and the Design Management Plan. Ensure the project is adequately resourced to meet all performance criteria. Manage all aspects of MEP design, including inputs, coordination, and deliverables, to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives. Set up, manage, and monitor the document control system, ensuring all parties use it effectively for the transfer and recording of documents and correspondence.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage. Ideally, candidates will have 5-10 years of GCC experience, with experience in large-scale mixed-use developments being a plus.
