Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Coordinator to manage and oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for our high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MEP coordination within the contracting sector and a deep understanding of local regulations and high-rise construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate all MEP works with civil and architectural teams for seamless integration into project timelines.

Review MEP drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project design and execution.

Manage subcontractors and vendors involved in MEP systems to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities.

Monitor MEP progress against the project schedule and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other regulatory authorities.

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems upon project completion.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience in coordinating MEP works for high-rise buildings in the UAE.

Familiarity with UAE construction laws, safety standards, and regulatory approval processes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
