Job Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & LTE assets, including Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS), Low Voltage System (LV), Environmental Control System/Building Management System (ECS), Fire Detection/Suppression (FPS), Ventilation & Air-conditioning (VAC), Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), Lifts, Travelators, Escalators (LTE), Diesel Generators (DG), Station Sliding Doors (SLD), Roller Shutter Doors (RSD), Plumbing and Dewatering Systems (DPS), Smoke Curtains, Hoists, Parking Guidance System (PGS), and barriers.
• Perform inspections of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & LTE assets, maintain inspection records, and report to MEP Technical auditor.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance checks as per SLA, and recommend improvements for asset performance.
• Ensure contractors follow relevant procedures and work instructions, complying with business requirements.
• Assist during safety incidents, P1/P2 faults, and emergencies, diagnosing malfunctions or failures of equipment.
• Support other departments within KM organization, RTA, retail, or third parties as needed.
• Report safety occurrences or incidents promptly to supervisors or managers.
• Ensure contractors use appropriate tools and equipment during maintenance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in MEP systems design, installation, or maintenance is highly desirable.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and auditing management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Assist subordinates with job familiarization and maintain proactive knowledge of work-related skills.
• Perform shift and emergency duties as required.
• Follow instructions from the Mechanical & Electrical Contract Manager and MEP Engineer.
• Vocational trade certificate or diploma in electrical or mechanical discipline or equivalent.
