Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an instructor in military and civilian aviation.
• Relevant certifications in training delivery including Methods of Instruction.
• In-depth knowledge of Systems Approach to Training and Quality Standards.

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE (SUMMARY):

Accomplished Flight Engineer and Air Refueling Operator Instructor with extensive experience in military aviation. Proven expertise in training delivery, course development, operational support, and instructional design. Adept at developing and conducting both theoretical and practical training programs, facilitating examinations, and ensuring accurate documentation on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma in aviation-related subject.
• Aviation Instructor Certification.
• A330 MRTT Flight Test Air Refueling Operator & Instructor Certificates.
• A330 MRTT Simulators Operating Stations Instructor Certificate.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an instructor (extensive experience in instructor and examiner roles in military and civilian aviation).
• Relevant certifications in training delivery to include Methods of Instruction, Course Design & Development and Training Analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Quality Standards & Compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle LMS.
