Job summary

Amazon is seeking a cybersecurity professional to support security assurance and compliance initiatives across the MENAT region. The role focuses on helping regulated customers adopt cloud services securely while meeting industry requirements and regulations.

You will analyze regulatory requirements, coordinate with AWS teams and regulators, prepare compliance artifacts, and communicate security controls to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7+ years in IT security compliance or security assurance; familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of cloud security controls and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and prepare clear written communications.
• Experience participating in security assessments or audits.
• Arabic language proficiency at business level.

Responsibilities

• Support AWS security compliance initiatives in the MENAT region with internal teams.
• Engage regulators and customers to coordinate security and compliance activities.
• Contribute to security and compliance solutions for regulated workloads.
• Document and maintain compliance artifacts and regulatory tracking.
• Assist in documenting security requirements for cloud adoption and best practices.
• Prepare leadership with regular status updates on security and compliance.
