SkyNet X Solutions (SNXS) in Dubai seeks a senior UAE-based Sales Manager to own revenue growth across sponsorships, event services, marketing solutions, and strategic partnerships. This contract role offers uncapped earning potential with a fixed salary path after 3 months and a rapid review cycle.

You will operate in Dubai's fast-moving Web3 and events ecosystem, closing high-value B2B deals, building face-to-face relationships, and shaping SNXS's regional growth across industries.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in sales, business development, or sponsorship sales.
• Proven track record closing high-value B2B deals in events or marketing services.
• Existing network within Banking, Forex, Real Estate, Government, AI, Web3, UAE & MENA, or Global markets.
• Familiarity with Events, Marketing, AI solutions, Sponsorships, and B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with Sales CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Canva etc..)

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth across sponsorships, event services, marketing solutions, and strategic partnerships.
• Close high-value deals with a focus on the UAE and MENA regions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UAE-based, senior Sales Manager to own revenue growth across sponsorships, event services, marketing solutions, and strategic partnerships. This is a contract role built for entrepreneurial closers who thrive on uncapped earning potential and want a clear path toward a fixed compensation structure.

You will be embedded in Dubai's fast-moving Web3 and events ecosystem — attending industry gatherings, building face-to-face relationships, and closing deals that shape SNXS's regional growth.

Compensation & Structure

• 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential up to 15% (gross revenue)
• Commission paid within 7 days of client payment received
• Client retention bonus: retain your client for 12 months and continue earning as long as you remain contracted
• Eligibility to transition to fixed salary + commission after a 3-month performance review or when crossing the 3-month sales targets with demonstrated closures

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in sales, business development, or sponsorship sales
• Proven track record closing high-value B2B deals in events or marketing services
• Existing network within Banking, Forex, Real Estate, Government, AI, Web3, UAE & MENA, or Global markets.
• Familiarity with Events, Marketing, AI solutions, Sponsorships, and B2B SaaS
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you manage yourself, hit targets, and report clearly
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Currently based in Dubai or the UAE — or ready to relocate
• English proficiency required
• Proficiency with Sales CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Canva etc..)
