We seek a MENA Marketing Specialist with strong crypto industry experience, strategic thinking, and local market understanding. This role involves developing localized marketing plans aligned with the platform's overall strategy, enhancing brand influence, and driving user acquisition and market operations in the region.

Responsibilities

  1. Market Strategy Development and Execution
  2. Develop localized marketing strategies for the Middle East based on the company's global brand strategy.
  3. Create marketing plans to boost brand awareness, user trust, and engagement.
  1. Brand Building and Promotion
  2. Manage brand building efforts including media relations, social media, content, and events.
  3. Build relationships with local KOLs, media, and community partners.
  1. Lead Online and Offline Activities
  2. Organize online and offline events to increase visibility and loyalty.
  1. User Growth and Retention
  2. Implement activities to increase registration, deposits, and transactions.
  3. Analyze user data to optimize acquisition and conversion.
  1. Market Research and Local Insights
  2. Conduct market research, gather feedback, analyze competitors, and recommend strategies.
  3. Understand local culture, religion, and language to ensure effective localization.
  1. Content and Communication Management
  2. Manage social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube).
  3. Coordinate with teams to produce localized content and materials.
  4. Support product launches, events, and brand promotion efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Media, International Relations, or Finance preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic or English; multilingual skills are a plus.
