Qualifications

• Senior experience (8–10 years) in PR, marketing or client experience within luxury fashion or jewelry in MENA.
• Established regional media contacts and ability to secure high-value editorial coverage.
• Proven CRM and clienteling program leadership for high-net-worth clients.
• Demonstrated success in planning luxury brand events with budget control and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strategic partnerships with luxury partners.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication; Arabic fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CRM strategy and personalised outreach across MENA boutiques.
• Plan and execute regional brand events aligned with boutique openings and budgets.
• Identify, develop and manage strategic luxury partnerships across hospitality and lifestyle brands.
• Develop regional PR strategies, materials, and media relationships; track impact.
