Job summary

Tanqeeb invites applications for an Investment Associate to join its Abu Dhabi Investment team. The role centers on evaluating and executing opportunities across the MENA region, leveraging expertise in financial due diligence, transaction services, and valuations.

Successful candidates will bring strong financial analysis, deal exposure in the region, and the ability to assess opportunities from both financial and commercial angles.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a Big Four firm.
• Strong background in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, or Valuations.
• Native or fluent Arabic with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation, analysis, and execution of potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling to support investment decisions.
• Perform financial and commercial assessment of potential targets, including review of historical performance, quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, and key financial drivers.
• Support financial due diligence and coordinate with external advisors throughout transaction processes.
• Prepare investment materials, presentations, financial analyses, and recommendations for senior management and investment decision-makers.
• Conduct industry, company, competitor, and market research to support investment theses.
• Assist in the preparation and review of investment cases, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Support transaction execution from initial assessment through due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and closing.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including management teams, advisors, consultants, and financial institutions.
• Support the monitoring and analysis of existing portfolio investments where required.
