Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Sales, MENA to lead our commercial growth across the Middle East and North Africa. This role is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling AI company at the frontier of geospatial and language intelligence. You will drive enterprise and government adoption of Hero-dot.ai, building lasting client relationships and establishing us as the partner of choice for smart, data-driven governance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth across MENA.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team with deep regional expertise.
  • Identify and close strategic deals with government agencies, enterprises, and ecosystem partners.
  • Establish and grow relationships with C-level decision-makers and public sector stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to tailor solutions to the unique needs of the MENA market.
  • Represent Hero-dot.ai at high-profile industry events, conferences, and government forums.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of proven success in enterprise / government sales, preferably in AI, GIS, SaaS, or geospatial technologies.
  • Established network within MENA government and enterprise sectors.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with SaaS and on-premise solutions.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel across MENA for client and partner engagement.
