Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Dubai is seeking an Analyst for the Corporate Finance M&A team. You will support origination and execution across M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM for diverse MENA clients, collaborating with cross-regional teams.

You will conduct sector research, valuations and financial modelling while communicating with clients and senior bankers. The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with exposure to large-scale deals and structured financing products.

Qualifications

• Relevant Corporate Finance experience in advisory with knowledge of capital market products.
• Proven execution skills and ability to structure deals in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High initiative, proactive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with MENA clients.
• Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key MENA accounts.
• Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling.
• In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.
