Responsibilities

• Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure guests enjoy their meals and overall experience.
• Interact with guests, serve and assist, communicate with kitchen staff, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional appearance and communications.
• Move and handle items safely (up to 25 pounds solo, 50 pounds with assistance) and remain on your feet or moving as required.
