Job description

We are looking for Membership Sales & Retention Managers to join our Sharjah team.

Role and Eligibility Criteria

  • Ensure the sales team achieves their Monthly Sales Budget, club closing membership count, and net gain through profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Drive and lead a team of Membership Consultants to meet the club's sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate your Member Retention Consultants to achieve desired Leaver goals and net gain.
  • Maintain a keen focus on retention through excellent customer service to all club members and non-members.
  • Drive new membership sales daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Focus on lead generation activities.
  • Be target and goal-oriented.
  • Handle member queries effectively and be solution-oriented.
  • Maintain a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Have basic computer proficiency skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate team management and leadership skills.
  • Have 3-4 years of relevant experience.
