Job summary

Trump International Golf Club, Dubai is seeking a Membership Administrator to manage membership records, onboarding, renewals, and member communications. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service in a premium hospitality environment.

Candidates with experience in golf membership operations and familiarity with Jonas or Lightspeed Golf will have an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, golf, leisure, or membership administration.
• Golf industry experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership administration, records, and profile documentation.
• Support new member onboarding, welcome packs, renewals, and member communications.
• Maintain membership leads tracker and prepare monthly reports and statements.
• Coordinate with Finance and internal departments to support smooth membership operations.
• Deliver exceptional service while ensuring accurate records and SOP compliance.
