Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for members and guests — always with a warm smile
  • Handle reservations, requests, and VIP experiences with care and precision
  • Coordinate with departments across the club to ensure seamless service
  • Create daily reports, member profiles, and event calendars
  • Support special visits and elevate every interaction with personalized touches

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

  • A passion for people and polished communication skills
  • Insider knowledge of Dubai and the UAE (yes, your favorite restaurant recs are a bonus!)
  • Strong tech and admin skills — Microsoft Office, Canva, and reservation systems
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or as an executive/personal assistant
  • Superb organization and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and whenever the magic is happening
