Job summary

FitnGlam - A SuperClub for Women in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated studio operations associate to uphold a high-standard gym environment, coordinate class spaces, and ensure safety and presentation across all studios.

You will oversee facility cleanliness, manage equipment movement, support with stock checks, and coordinate with the Fitness Manager to resolve maintenance issues quickly, helping members enjoy a welcoming, professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistently exceptional studio environment.
• Oversee cleanliness and presentation of the facility.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful atmosphere for members and guests.
• Monitor and report maintenance concerns to the Fitness Manager.
• Complete weekly stock checks and submit monthly stock orders.
• Prepare studios according to class schedules and manager instructions.

• Ensure all duties are carried out professionally, efficiently, and to the highest standard, maintaining a consistently exceptional studio environment.
• Oversee the general upkeep, cleanliness, and presentation of the facility, including supporting with the movement of gym equipment when required. This role requires a good level of physical fitness.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful, and service‑driven atmosphere for all members and guests, ensuring interactions are always handled with courtesy and professionalism.
• Monitor and report maintenance concerns promptly to the Fitness Manager to ensure swift resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Complete weekly stock checks and submit monthly stock order requests to the Fitness Manager for approval before processing.
• Manage the setup and preparation of studios according to class schedules and manager instructions, ensuring all spaces are ready, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
