Citi UAE invites Emirati graduates to join a 12-month Mehnaty early career program in the Dubai office, starting July or September. The program is designed to bridge classroom knowledge to the boardroom and build long-term career paths with Citi.

Selected candidates are final-year undergraduates or recent graduates (any discipline) who have completed military service and meet GPA 2.5 or above. The program provides on-the-job experience across Citi’s Legal professionals teams and aims to develop

Our Citi Dubai office will be hiring analysts across different businesses for a 12-month program. Starting in July or September, we want to hear from you if you are an Emirati citizen who is a final year undergraduate (any discipline) and graduating this year or next year or you have recently graduated with a GPA of 2.5 or above. You should also have completed your military service. Through the program you will gain valuable on‑the‑job 12 months of work experience in one of Citi’s departments.
