Job Description
The Role
  1. Implement all sales activities under the guidance of the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing / Assistant Director of Sales to maximize business opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with key accounts and business partners.
  3. Contribute to creating a professional sales team, meet and exceed sales targets, and maximize revenue across all departments, including rooms, conferences, and F&B.
  4. Develop a network of contacts to encourage hotel trials by decision-makers.
  5. Generate and maintain corporate segment customers through various sales activities.
  6. Maintain high visibility for the hotel through direct sales, calls, and communications.
  7. Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, managing all accounts for optimal client service and productivity.
  8. Provide sincere, warm, and enthusiastic service to ensure guest and Heartist satisfaction.
  9. Familiarize yourself with all guests, residents, and Heartists, committing to service excellence.
  10. Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and high social skills.
  11. Foster good inter-departmental relations.
  12. Maintain a pleasant manner and positive attitude, promoting a good company image.
  13. Take pride in your workplace and personal appearance, demonstrating commitment.
  14. Uphold professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
  15. Adhere to company and hotel rules and regulations.
  16. Use technology effectively for reports, communication, and correspondence.
  17. Be flexible to adapt to increased working hours as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
