We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Value Travel Package Specialist who will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling medical tourism packages while contributing to patient care and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Package Research & Development
Conduct in-depth research to identify and curate attractive medical tourism packages for various destinations considering:
Various Treatment specialties
Pricing and competitive analysis
Partner hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
Accommodation and travel options for patients and their families
Regularly update and improve existing packages based on market trends, patient feedback, and advancements in medical technology.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop promotional materials for packages.
Package Sales & Promotion
Actively promote medical tourism packages across various platforms including:
Online marketplaces
Social media channels
Partner websites
Medical and travel expos/events
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, healthcare facilitators, and other potential collaborators to boost sales.
Identify target audiences for specific treatments and destinations and create tailored sales strategies to engage them.
Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Patient Coordination & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients inquiring about various packages.
Assist patients with:
Package selection based on their medical needs, preferences, and budget.
Coordination of medical appointments, hospital admissions, and treatment schedules.
Arrangements for travel, accommodation, and local transportation.
Provide timely updates to patients and their families regarding their itinerary and treatment process.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Communication & Reporting
Communicate effectively with international hospitals, doctors, and service providers to facilitate bookings and maintain good relationships.
Prepare detailed reports on package performance, sales trends, and patient feedback.
Provide regular updates to management on challenges and opportunities in the medical tourism market.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, medical tourism, travel agencies, or healthcare coordination.
Experience in package creation and patient coordination is a strong advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Excellent research and analytical skills to develop competitive packages.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and partners.
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage patient coordination effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Language
Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Others
Knowledge of medical terminologies and treatments is an added advantage.
