Job Description

Medical device sales representatives are responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to hospitals.

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to facilitate product knowledge and usage.
  2. Conduct regular visits to physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals to promote pharmaceutical products effectively.
  3. Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers to highlight benefits and features.
  4. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  6. Manage and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded consistently.
  7. Attend medical conferences and trade shows to stay updated on industry advancements and network with key stakeholders.
  8. Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and market dynamics.
  9. Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on new products and best practices for usage.
