The position

As a Medical Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will promote and sell our innovative products to healthcare professionals across Qatar. You will play a key role in executing our commercial strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building trusted, long-term relationships with customers to ensure better outcomes for patients.

Main Responsibilities will include :

  • Promote and present Novo Nordisk products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to your territory.
  • Identify and pursue potential new customers in the healthcare sector.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product presentations, participate in medical events, and represent Novo Nordisk at conferences and seminars.

Qualifications

As a person, you are self-motivated, driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be a confident communicator, a natural relationship builder, and a team player who upholds high ethical standards and integrity in every interaction.

We expect you to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare field in Qatar
  • Valid Qatar residency and valid Qatar driver’s license
  • Experience with trade and consumer channels is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
