Medical Representative

Planning and conducting appointments with doctors and medical professionals to promote Hikma products with the aim to achieve the overall sales target while monitoring competitor’s activities and threats. Following up on and reviewing Hikma products’ performance within the market through clients’ responses and other indicators.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Planning and conducting daily visits to healthcare professionals to promote assigned products, disseminate product information and convey company messages to achieve monthly sales target.
2. Assessing patients' and doctors' needs to effectively position the benefits of the brands.
3. Utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis to deliver the brands' value proposition in alignment with marketing messages.
4. Maintaining strong disease and product knowledge in the assigned therapy area.
5. Conducting conferences and lectures on Hikma products while developing contacts effectively.
6. Building trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Hikma’s image.
7. Monitoring and analyzing data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
8. Reviewing sales performance and developing marketing plans to achieve objectives.
9. Documenting all sales-related activities performed in a timely manner.
10. Generating necessary reports including business intelligence reports, market survey reports, competitors’ activities reports, and events feedback reports.
11. Collating accurate and prompt basic sales information and entering them into the CRM system daily for review by the Sales Supervisor.
12. Managing company resources properly and ensuring work within SOPs and compliance frameworks.
13. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :

B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

EXPERIENCE :

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Dubai.
• Hospital / Injectables experience is preferred.
