We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience at our clinic or hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to medical services.
  • Register new patients and update medical records in the system.
  • Process insurance claims, payments, and billing transactions.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in handling patient concerns and provide information about services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or medical center.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
