Job Description:A new hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care and support to our patients. This position requires a compassionate individual with excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
  2. Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  3. Prescribe medications and treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.
  4. Perform medical procedures and interventions as necessary, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health staff, to coordinate patient care.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Participate in continuous medical education and professional development activities to stay abreast of advances in medical practice and technology.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of medical practice, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
  10. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in clinical audits to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  1. Medical degree from a recognized institution, with a valid license to practice medicine in Dubai, UAE.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Medical Officer or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  3. Proficiency in clinical examination, diagnosis, and treatment across a range of medical conditions.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
  7. Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and proficiency in using healthcare technology for documentation and communication.

  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
