Medical Insurance Specialist Job Description

The role is responsible for activities related to the processing and documentation of insurance.

• Process endorsements including modifications, additions, or deletions of employees in a prompt manner while providing quality service to clients.
• Proactively report critical issues to management in line with company policy.
• Cross-sell / Up-sell various insurance policies using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
• Create and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
• Any other related duties / projects assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.
