Ontime Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Homecare Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our homecare services supporting both healthcare professionals and patients in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of home healthcare staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Manage communication between healthcare providers, patients, and families to facilitate care planning and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and agency policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of homecare staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
  • Address any operational issues that arise and implement corrective action as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss patient care and operational improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in operations coordination or management in the healthcare sector, preferably in homecare.
