Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Medical Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our healthcare facility. This role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with healthcare regulations and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline healthcare operations, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Supervise medical and non-medical administrative staff; support staff training and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to improve workflow, resource utilization and patient care quality.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue cycle, billing and cost control.
  • Manage patient feedback systems and drive service excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms and regulatory standards (e.g., JCI, DHA, MOH).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze data and make strategic decisions.
