Medical Equipment Sales Manager
Location – Abu Dhabi & Dubai
Driving license Required

The Medical Equipment Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales of medical equipment within the UAE.

Job Description
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals.
  2. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt sales approaches.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the company’s customer base.
  5. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of the equipment.
  6. Work closely with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sale support.
  7. Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce the company’s products in new healthcare markets within the UAE.
  8. Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
  9. Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company while meeting the needs of the customer.
Qualifications

Education:
Preferred Biomedical Engineers.

Experience:
Experience in Medical Equipment sales, DME, Homecare equipment, orthopaedic equipment.
Minimum of 3-7 years of sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
