Job summary
A leading outsourcing company in Dubai seeks a Medical Customer Care Representative to assist customers with inquiries related to medical insurance and TPA processes. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in a medical customer care setting and a solid understanding of healthcare systems. The position involves rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in TPA, nursing, pharmacy, or medical customer care.
- Background in TPA companies or insurance brokers is acceptable.
- Medical call center/contact center experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with medical insurance inquiries.
- Provide information on TPA processes and healthcare systems.
- Support the medical call center operations.
Skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Strong understanding of medical customer service workflows
- Position: Medical Customer Care Representative
- Location: Dubai
- Salary Range: AED 7,000 – 8,000
- Shift: Rotational, including night shifts and rotational days off
Experience:
