Job summary

A leading outsourcing company in Dubai seeks a Medical Customer Care Representative to assist customers with inquiries related to medical insurance and TPA processes. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in a medical customer care setting and a solid understanding of healthcare systems. The position involves rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in TPA, nursing, pharmacy, or medical customer care.
  • Background in TPA companies or insurance brokers is acceptable.
  • Medical call center/contact center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with medical insurance inquiries.
  • Provide information on TPA processes and healthcare systems.
  • Support the medical call center operations.

Job description
  • Position: Medical Customer Care Representative
  • Location: Dubai
  • Salary Range: AED 7,000 – 8,000
  • Shift: Rotational, including night shifts and rotational days off

Experience:
