Job Title: Media Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an articulate and experienced PR Specialist for the MEA region. Some of the tasks will include, but are not limited to;

  • Working with the regional PR team and agency to amplify Zoho's share of voice in media.
  • Identifying and developing stories that can be shared with the media, including PR around products.
  • Working closely with regional and global teams to develop the regional PR programme.
  • Contributing to writing thought leadership articles, press releases, pitches, and more.
  • Maintaining relationship with Zoho's media contacts and pitching stories.
  • Corporate communications administration, measurement, and project support.

The ideal candidate will be able to support various corporate communications functions including public relations, media relations, analyst relations, and customer advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Interested in pursuing a career within the corporate communications function, including public relations, analyst relations, and customer advocacy/customer communications.
  • Preferably 2 to 5 years experience at a PR agency or in a corporate communication role.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English & Arabic.
  • Pre-existing relationships with journalists from business and mainline media.
  • Able to work independently with proper guidance and instructions.
  • Driven, motivated, self-starter who is eager to learn and grow as a corporate communications professional.
  • Willing to Travel
