Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Media Planner to lead our Media business in partnership with MAF/Carrefour Middle East. You will build strong relationships, engage clients, and deliver successful media campaigns through your Business Development, Sales, and Media Planning skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Media planning: Develop annual communication roadmaps for key suppliers and execute integrated campaigns across in-store, digital, and targeted media.
  2. Data-driven decisions: Use insights, reporting, and analysis tools to understand trends, evaluate campaigns, and support strategic decisions.
  3. Sales activity: Sell planned activities to clients to achieve budget goals.
  4. Client advisory: Act as a trusted media advisor, ensuring plans support retailer strategies and build brand/customer value.
  5. Client management: Influence decision-making and lead client engagement with a customer focus.
  6. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to develop and launch solutions.
  7. Service development: Drive projects to establish and scale retail media capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Evidence of strategic, insight-led media planning and research analysis.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Arabic speaker.
  • Strong sales, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of media channels and digital communications.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
