The Role
You'll take point on :
- Crafting cinematic vlogs that feel like movie trailers
- Leading creative direction for shoots that capture both personal and business brand moments
- Planning and executing video projects that make people stop scrolling
- Managing high-end equipment to create broadcast-quality content
- Editing content that makes viewers think "how did they do that?"
- Suggest and implement new ideas, improvements, and optimizations to existing campaigns and projects to improve performance
- Problem-solve, taking the lead in proposing solutions to any campaign issues that may arise, communicating your recommendations back to the internal team
- Lead internal calls to help ensure the delivery is on track. Support and guide global members of the team with any campaign issues
- Track, measure, analyse, and report on the performance of Social Media campaigns and projects regularly
- Share results, insights, and recommendations internally
- Speak up and provide solutions to the global team if the results aren't delivered - get things done - drive the business forward

Requirements
You Should Have :
- A portfolio that makes people say "damn"
- Experience creating content for entrepreneurs with personal brands
- Mastery of premier editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
- An eye for storytelling that goes beyond basic videography
- The drive to push creative boundaries and set new standards
- At least five years of experience managing Social Media campaigns and projects
- Several years of experience working within a digital marketing agency
- Previous management experience in global people management and mentoring
- Highly experienced in strategic planning and implementation of organic and paid Social Media campaigns
- Highly experienced in running Social Media campaigns which include planning, setup, optimisations, budget management, and reporting against KPIs
- Experienced using various Social Media platforms in a professional capacity - Youtube, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Evidence of developing and delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns in response to complex business challenges
- Experience in managing key client and partner relationships and comfortable communicating at the Manager and Director level, both internally and externally
- Experience in Social Media measurement and performance metrics.
- Experience and exposure within other areas of Paid Media is a bonus
