Al Saad Home is looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to join our growth-driven team. If you're passionate about data-led strategies and know how to turn ad spend into scalable, measurable results, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Launch, lead, and level up ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond.
  • Dig into audience insights to find the perfect platforms and placements — no budget wasted.
  • Track, tweak, and turbocharge campaign performance to smash KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Sync up with the creative team to make sure your ads not only perform, but look great.
  • Own the budget like a pro — allocate wisely, spend smart, and maximize every dirham.
  • Build reports that don’t just show numbers — they tell a story, with insights that matter.
  • Keep one eye on trends and the other on competitors — always stay one step ahead.
  • Experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative strategies to stay fresh and drive results.
  • Set up and monitor tracking, attribution, and pixel tools to ensure clean, accurate data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience:Minimum of 3+ years managing paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proven Performance:Demonstrated ability to drive high ROAS and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  • Data-Driven:Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) to optimize performance.
  • Technical Expertise:Hands-on experience with pixel setup, event tracking, and ensuring proper integration across social platforms.
  • Creative Skills:Ability to craft compelling ad creatives and continuously test to improve engagement.
  • Clear Communication:Strong ability to present insights and campaign strategies to both internal teams and clients.
  • Multitasking Ability:Efficiently manage multiple campaigns across various platforms without compromising quality.
  • Self-Motivated:Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Languages: English (required), Arabic (preferred)
