As Mechanical Technician, We Rely On You To

• Perform routine maintenance on all types of static and rotary mechanical equipment
• Make itemized list of materials required to carry out maintenance
• Dismantle and reassemble rotary and static equipment as per manufacturers recommendation or industry best practices
• Understand limits, fits, and tolerances
• Make BOQ for all material required for fabrication works
• Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests and emergency situations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Monitor the condition of mechanical and infrastructure systems and report major repair needs or safety concerns promptly
• Support energy management initiatives by ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and recommending improvements where possible
• Follow all company and local safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including fire life safety and emergency response protocol
• Work collaboratively with the Engineering team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest and colleague experience

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has a minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication and fitting works, preferably in luxury hospitality, facilities management, or large-scale residential projects
• Has complete knowledge of welding (stick, TIG, MIG), cutting (gas, plasma), brazing, soldering, and various fabrication techniques
• Is positive, has strong attention to detail, and a proactive, service-driven approach to work
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Has a diploma, technical certification, or vocational training in general maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field
