Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical systems and services, updating records daily.
Identify and procure necessary materials or components, ensuring repairs meet approved standards.
Monitor utility consumption and update records accordingly.
Perform maintenance and repairs on systems such as cooling, potable water, hot water, pumps, actuators, pipework, valves, drainage, and fuel systems.
Follow risk assessments and standard operating procedures during maintenance and repair activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical control systems, identifying faulty parts and replacing them as needed.
