Position:
Mechanical Supervisor
Summary:
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential issues before they become critical.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and improve system efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical Supervisor roles within the Energies industry
Proficiency in relevant tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other mechanical design software.
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Experience in managing maintenance budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to the Energies industry.
