Responsibilities

• Evaluate submitted store drawings against contract illustrations and requirements, ensuring local codes and international best practice are followed.
• Apply and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures for site tasks and maintain progress records.
• Prepare monitoring and non-conformance records (NCR) as required.
• Coordinate between disciplines and provide technical support on site.
• Inspect site conditions for viability prior to construction and verify works execution.
• Visit inspections as guided by the RE/Mechanical Engineer and document tests.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, water networks, fire fighting and LPG works.
• Review shop drawings and assist in preparing As-Built drawings.
• Maintain health, safety, and risk management practices on site.
