Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai is seeking a Site Engineer - Mechanical to supervise and execute HVAC, plumbing and firefighting works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specs and safety standards.

The role collaborates with electrical and civil teams, monitors manpower and materials, conducts inspections and tests, and prepares progress reports while liaising with consultants and clients to secure approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in MEP mechanical construction projects.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and daily site productivity.
• Conduct inspections, pressure testing, and support testing & commissioning activities.
• Liaise with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and local authority regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
