For one of our clients in UAE, we are seeking an experiencedSite Engineerwith a minimum of 5 years of experience insteel fabrication and structural installation, including relevantUAE experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the hands-on management and supervision of projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee steel fabrication projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
• Client Management: Maintain strong professional relationships with clients; provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Technical Expertise: Prepare method statements, project schedules, and technical documentation. Offer expert guidance on steel fabrication practices.
• Manpower Management: Organize and deploy workforce as per project needs. Ensure all team members are trained and fully aware of project objectives.
• Project Reporting: Generate and share detailed progress reports with both management and clients. Track milestones and deliverables.
• Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain high standards of safety and quality.
