Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanical Service Advisor to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will play a dynamic role.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician.
• Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs.
• Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Providing a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
• Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
• Assisting customers with deciding to fix their car through the dealership’s shop or trading the vehicle in.
• Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
• Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years GCC experience mandatory.
• Bosch Car Service Centre / Multi-branded vehicle service Centre experience preferred.
• UAE manual driving license (with minimum 2 years UAE driving experience).
• Excellent English language skills; Arabic language will be an added advantage.
• Customer service experience & smart appearance.
• Hardworking approach & positive attitude.
