Job description

We were responsible for project concept development, preparing design criteria as per engineering discipline, and following the standards set by Saudi Arabia codes and Saudi Council of Engineers regulations.

Create full submittals of draft drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, flow diagrams, standard details, and looping of pipes in the mechanical room. Proper revisions should be made and resubmitted for approval using drafting software and its related programs.

Prepare design drawings for HVAC systems according to the criteria for residential and commercial complexes. We sketch the design by collecting total cooling flow and connecting accordingly.

Work on HVAC systems and complete the design concept by selecting flow with its total engineering conversion.

Draw the system for HVAC, ventilation, fresh air ducts, and louvers, indicating all dampers, outlets, and their connections properly.

Work on drainage systems (one-way and two-way distribution) within fixture units for stack ejection.

Work on site piping layouts, calculating invert levels from starting points and ensuring minimum slope. In cases of higher drops in pipes, lift stations can be used to maintain the slope. All pipeline systems can be connected through manholes and dumped into sewage tanks.

Draft the design scope for kitchen appliances, ensuring waste is channeled into grease interceptors and oil interceptors, sized according to waste disposal requirements with the help of flow diagrams.
