Job Title: HVAC and Plumbing Engineer

Education: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Automobile)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement HVAC systems, plumbing systems, special plumbing systems, fire fighting systems, and site development services.
2. Prepare design criteria as per engineering discipline and adhere to Saudi Arabia codes and Saudi Council of Engineers regulations.
3. Create comprehensive submittals including draft drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, flow diagrams, and standard details.
4. Prepare design drawings for HVAC systems for residential and commercial complexes based on total cooling flow requirements.
5. Complete HVAC design concepts, ensuring proper flow and total engineering conversion.
6. Draft system designs for HVAC, ventilation, fresh air ducts, and louvers, including all necessary dampers and outlets.
7. Design drainage systems with one-way and two-way distribution for stack ejection.
8. Calculate invert levels for site piping layouts, ensuring minimum slope and utilizing lift stations as needed.
9. Draft design scope for kitchen appliances, including waste disposal systems with grease and oil interceptors.
