Job summary

AECOM is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join its MEICA team in Dubai, contributing to pumping stations, HVAC, and water infrastructure projects. You will work under senior engineers across concept to IFC, performing calculations, drawings, and reports while ensuring client and authority compliance.

You will be involved in sizing pumps, selecting equipment, and preparing design documentation, coordinating with electrical, BIM, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of fluid mechanics, hydraulics, pumps, piping systems and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical design understanding for pumping stations, HVAC systems, and water infrastructure.
• Assist with calculations, equipment selection, schedules, specifications and design reports.
• Coordinate with disciplines and participate in design meetings and site visits.
