Job Description

• Lead the design of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) for building projects.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate systems.
• Manage mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Ensure mechanical systems integrate smoothly with electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
• Resolve conflicts between systems during the design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for system installation.
• Supervise junior engineers and technical teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and installation manuals.
• Prepare technical reports for clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor mechanical system budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prevent cost overruns.
• Review and approve material and equipment procurement.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure systems are built as per specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5+ Years experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer
• Mechanical Engineering and Project Engineering skills
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
