Role & Responsibilities:

Outline the must-have 4-6 years of working experience in the field of Mechanical Maintenance Engineering within the manufacturing industry. Manage, monitor, and maintain all plant and equipment at optimal performance levels, staying alert to any abnormal functioning or damages. Should possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance (breakdown correction, preventive maintenance), product design and development, procurement, material management, auditing, and documentation. Excellent planning skills to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Supervise, train, and coach staff under supervision. Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring schedule deadlines are met. Identify spare parts requirements and manage inventory effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile: B.Tech degree. Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
