Job description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Engineer to join our team and support the smooth execution of operations and maintenance activities at client facilities. The role involves close coordination with the Operations/Area Manager, daily planning, and hands-on involvement in both planned and reactive maintenance of electro-mechanical systems.
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for delivering services in line with service level agreements, supervising on-site maintenance work, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional communication and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Operations/Area Manager to plan and execute daily maintenance activities
  
• Carry out manual planned and reactive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems at client sites
  
• Ensure delivery of maintenance tasks in accordance with service level specifications
  
• Oversee and control the smooth execution of maintenance operations
  
• Maintain effective communication with the Operations Manager and provide daily reports on activities
  
• Supervise and support the site team to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships at all times
  
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the line manager as required
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
  
• 3 to 5 years of engineering experience in the UAE with a reputable organization
  
• UAE driving license with own car (preferred)
  
• Strong team leadership and coordination skills
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
