Role Description

Design, plan, and execute mechanical systems for construction projects.

Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and ensure mechanical system efficiency.

Supervise the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, electrical) ensuring effective integration of mechanical systems.

Perform site inspections to ensure the systems are installed correctly and are in compliance with safety standards.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met on time.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for mechanical components of the project.

Qualifications
